Wait time could be a bit long if you dont make an appointment before coming in but other then that nurses are really friendly and docotor Castro is amazing

I am so happy to visit the Dr Castro! He is so patient, He is so honest because I was so sick and he game me a very good treatment. I recommend him 100%.

Dr German Castro is the most caring , compassionate doctor he cares about is patients , he is open on Saturday like wow !! That level of commitment is amazing , he is wonderful person and doctor and the staff is amazing..........

Very knowledgeable dr. Great personality speaks perfect english and spanish too respectful and really listen to your problems been with him since i was a teenager .&..mother..daughter and husband too Seniors teenager toddlers babies goes there i see them at the lobby waiting for to see him some are just walkin or has appt. with castro My families see him too they really love this dr castro and nurse tammy too they are very nice to patients and help with problems you have they will refer you to a specialist dr if need one. Plus if you have a bloodwork done he will call you or leave a message on your phone .a.asap... about the results and explain everything so you can understand been with castro for about... 50 yrs never had a problem with him and staff he help with my medication and change only if have too so my bill of health alway was good with his help( Thank you castro) you are the best in my book highly recommend german castro if you need help very kind to patient and will help you

Best Doctor in the Florida. Great Support Staff. Best Family Physician that I have ever encountered. He has taken excellent care of my mother and myself.

One of the best things that happened to me since I’ve been living in Brevard County is meeting doctor German Castro and Tammy ( his nurse ) He is soooooh patient , spends time listening to me , answers all my questions, he’s knowledgeable and when it comes to integrity he is beyond 5 stars. I have no doubt that he’s called in the medical field by God and also that he’s well raised. I pray for him, his family and staff on a regular basis and that God will give others a heart like Jesus’ ( especially in health care)

Great doctor, great staff and great service. Dr. Castro takes his time, he is not rushing you. He really cares in taking care of your sickness. He has compassion towards his patients, something that is becoming rare now days.

Hello, I personally I am not A patient of Dr. German Castro however, my parents are patient of Dr. Castro. I have not heard anything negative from my parents. They both have great experiences being with Dr. Castro. He definitely is old school and it still works without a computer isn’t that funny anyhow I am thankful that he takes care of my parents, but mostly my mom and guess what she is 82 still cleans a couple of houses used to be a lot more. She still gets up on a ladder and cleans the fans. And believe me, I cannot stop her she only takes vitamins. There is nothing wrong with her long-term anyway thank you for listening to me.

I'm the new outreach coordinator for The Pain Management Institute and when I called on 7/17/25 at 10:45am I reached Linda. She could have rushed me off the phone when I explained I wasn't a patient, but instead she invited my doctor to stop by sometime to meet Dr. Castro and even provided a fax number so that I could shoot a flyer over about our medical marijuana evals and medication management. Very kind. FIVE STARS!
